Moderation and termination
We may reject, suspend, archive, or remove products and restrict accounts to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain marketplace integrity. Users may delete their accounts through account settings.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
